Virtualization

Virtualization is the migration of physical systems to a virtual environment, creating virtual copies of each device or asset, from servers to operating systems. With a virtual preview of computing resources, it is possible to change one server into a host for a group of servers that share the same assets.

Virtualization enables immediate access to almost unlimited computing resources, which translates into broader business opportunities and reduced overall IT and hardware costs.

The most important function of virtualization is the possibility of starting multiple operating systems and applications on a single computer or server. This means greater efficiency with fewer servers. Virtualization can improve the overall performance of applications by balancing assets and delivering only what is currently necessary to the user.

  • Virtualization, security and optimization of network, system, service and database infrastructure
  • Design and implementation of highly available ORACLE and MS-SQL database platforms
  • Access and service infrastructure security systems
  • Design, storage and data protection systems
  • Server and workstation virtualization
