ISO certification is not a one-off event. It’s an ongoing process that ensures a company continues to meet the requirements of its chosen standards.
Intratel has just completed another certification cycle in three key areas:
- IT systems design and implementation, IT systems maintenance and cloud computing services
- IT hardware supply and service, IT project implementation
- Services and Cloud Computing; Data Processing Services in SAAS, IAAS and PAAS and Backup as a Service.
This means that in each of our business areas we have a management system in place that meets international standards – and that we are constantly developing and improving it. Renewed ISO certifications are valid for 3 years until the next audit cycle.
