More Efficient Inspection of Components and Products in Industry – this is the primary goal of the project in which Intratel is developing a cloud-based application system integrated with an AI-powered camera.
The solution will enable more efficient definition and development of recognition criteria in visual inspection cameras used at various stages of production. The camera, integrated with a self-learning cloud-based algorithm, will help identify whether the components used in the finished product comply with quality standards if the correct part variants were applied, and if they were assembled correctly. The cloud environment will provide rapid processing and real-time data analysis capabilities.
As a product innovation, Intratel’s solution will be submitted for patenting and registered as a utility model. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis I, aiming to enhance the region’s economic potential and competitiveness, and Action 1.2: “Supporting knowledge transfer, innovation, technology, and commercialization of R&D results, and the development of R&D activities in enterprises.”
The project is expected to be completed, and the product launched in 2022.
