As part of this project, we developed an external vision system that enables precise recognition and sorting of objects, such as snack bars. The system integrates a 2D or 3D camera with AI algorithms trained on the ONESTEP AI platform. The process involves creating product models from images, training neural networks, and implementing them on edge devices such as Nvidia Orin NX. The final step is full integration with a FANUC robot, ready to operate in dynamic production environments.
